Softbit has engineering products and services (software packages & web
services) for online selling to global customers. You can choose any method
offline payment or online payment system to make payments for selected products

- Any information collected from you online would be kept secret and we will not
share credit / debit card information with anyone else (unless an outside
company is part of the process of fulfilling your order). Your information and

- Delivery & Shipment: Please allow us 5-7 days for delivery of ordered materials/software
package. But we generally
execute the order and send you the download link within 48 hours.

fast speed. But internet connectivity at client end must be good enough.
- In no case, our liability to compensate you for the loss incurred by you by the

- Single License: All our software packages are sold on single license base

for the payment made. For multiple licenses you need to buy additional

- No Refund: Any problem in regard of delivery, damage, non-receipt of material
/software package may kindly be

not be taken back. However, we would provide your updated version once it is
ready for deployment.
- Cacellation Policy: Order may be cancelled for refund only before full
licence activation. It means once the license key is issued and the
software package has been activated on your Desktop/Laptop, cancellation &
refund is not acceptable there after.
- Sales / promotional commissions paid to Softbit Affiliates / Resellers are
liable for deduction of income / other taxes at source as per Indian Government
Rules. A certificate to this deduction would be released in your favour by
Softbit. To keep you well informed and happy, Softbit welcomes your comments and
